How Does The Summer Reading Program Work?

We’re thrilled to kick off the second year of our Summer Reading Program for adults! This free, community-based event is open to everyone (Virtual or In Person), and we’re excited to build on the success of last year, where nearly 200 participants from across the United States joined in.
With the addition of our new storefront, we’ll be hosting in-person events!
Participants will receive a reading passport to track their progress, earning stamps for each event they attend. At the end of the summer, participants will submit a Google form listing the books they've read, with each book assigned a point value — more points for more books!
To conclude the program, we’ll host a lively in-person auction where participants can use their accumulated points to bid on exciting items. The highest bidder wins!
Not Local? No worries! Join us for the BINGO portion of the summer reading program. Each member will be able to participate in BINGO all summer long. One lucky winner will receive a gift certificate for our shop that can be used online or in person!
